LG G5 to have Always On Display
LG posted a teaser on Facebook as a GIF image which confirms that LG G5 will have Always on Display. we reminds you that LG will launch its Flagship device on Mobile World Congress on February 21.
The GIF shows a variety of smartphones gradually growing dark, until the LG G5
appears with the time and date (of the LG press conference at MWC 2016)
displayed above a series of notification icons, very similar to what
you would find on the LG V10‘s second screen. The text “Always On” then
appears alongside the LG G5 logo. This feature is also present in some
other phones also, but slightly different implementations on Motorola
smartphones (called Active Display), as well as on Google’s latest Nexus
handsets (called Ambient Display).
According to all the rumors and reports LG G5 is powered with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 SoC, along with an Adreno 530 GPU for graphics, 3/4GB of RAM with more than one internal storage options. LG G5 will have 16MP camera on the back and 8 MP camera on front and a 5.3-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display.
